2007: A 32 year old female was granted bail in Trinidad
on Tuesday when she appeared in court, charged with
attempted murder.
The waitress and mother of two, allegedly she stabbed her
husband in the throat and stomach, when she found another
woman in her bed at 3.45 a.m. on Sunday.
The State had asked for bail to be denied but the
Magistrate ruled that Sparks, 32, could leave custody if she
could make the TT $250,000 bail.
The 26 year old victim is currently hospitalized with
stab wounds to the neck and stomach, including a punctured
lung. |
