to conflict with the impending 2007 general elections, which
will occur on August 27th.

The Port Royal
music festival, Kingston's premier music festival, will
maintain its high standard of quality that is characteristic
of Paradise Communications.
The line up has not been affected by the date change and the
festival will still boast international superstars Brian
McKnight, Regina Belle and Maxi Priest along with local
singing sensations Tarrus Riley and his father Jimmy Riley,
just to name a few.
The signature celebrity party will be kicking of the
festivities on September 7th. The main show will be on the
8th followed by Jazz on the Harbor on the 9, which will tune
down the weekend on a smooth and mellow note. From September
7-9 Jamaica can expect for Port Royal to truly be
transformed and restored to its olden days of glory. |
