STEEL PAN
JAZZ featuring calypso revolutionary David Rudder officially
SOLD OUT |
NEW YORK (June 13,
2007) – This Saturday's Steelpan Jazz concert at Jazz at
Lincoln Center in New York City, featuring calypso
revolutionary David Rudder, is officially sold out.
Steelpan and jazz enthusiasts from across the tri-state area
and beyond have put this show in the history books by
snatching up the tickets two weeks in advance.
Ralph Ramsey of Abstract Entertainment Inc., announcing this
record breaking feat, said, “I would personally like to
thank everyone for making our Steel Pan Jazz one of the most
successful productions at Jazz at Lincoln Center.”
In an effort to accommodate the numerous fans still calling
for tickets, Ramsey has organized a complimentary pre-show
reception and “meet-and-greet” with the artists. “We invite
everyone to come to this free reception as we all get
together to celebrate both Caribbean American Heritage Month
and Father's Day weekend,” he said. |
