April 30, 2007: A shocking headline image in Saturday's Jamaica Observer, showed a male cross-dresser being barbarically beaten and stoned by a mob in the middle of a Square in Falmouth, Trelawny, Jamaica.

The man, who was fully dressed as a female, was apparently waiting on transportation in the town square when someone shouted his cross-dressing identity out loud. He was then set upon by an angry crowd who beat him with sticks, stones and whatever weapons they could find while shouting "B***y boy fe dead."
