The Valley Anguilla: October 13, 2009 Small to medium size
enterprises (SMEs) can now anticipate a more personal touch
in service from leading telecommunications services
provider, LIME. This as the company introduces a number of
initiatives which focus on that market recognizing the
important role that the SMEs play in driving the future
growth and development of our currently challenged
economies.
One such initiative is the introduction of a dedicated sales
consultant to serve the small to medium size businesses. Ms
Vyonne Brooks who formerly worked as a Sales Associate has
been promoted to fill this position and now serves as the
SME’s Business Sales Executive.
Additionally, a team of ‘LIME Authorised Sales Partners’
have been deployed to work with the SMEs to ensure that all
their communication needs are met and to provide guidance
and advice on the best solutions for their businesses. These
partners are Management Resources (manager Mr Clifton
James), Cell-Tronics (manager Ms Orngel Battice-Matthew) and
International Computer Systems and Solutions (Manager Mr
Gilbert Fleming). This support will assist the SME’s in
achieving cost reductions, help with the overall improvement
in operational efficiency and assist in creating revenue
generating opportunities. Other areas of benefit will be
visible through the ability to better serve customers
allowing them to become more competitive.
A major advantage of access to a LIME Authorised Sales
Partners is the elimination of the need to travel to the
main office in The Valley to request service from LIME as
the SME’s dedicated Sales Partners will always be available
to provide personal consultations and ensure that the best
solution is recommended to fulfill the required need.
LIME Regional Head of SME Sales Jackie Christie is thrilled
about this new initiative to better serve the small to
medium enterprises. “We want to demonstrate just how much we
are dedicated to better serving and supporting all of our
small to medium sized businesses through out the region”
said Christie. She added, “This will provide a more personal
touch to how we conduct business with this very important
group in these crucial economic times, adding that “this
will allow business owners the freedom to use their time
more efficiently in focusing on revenue generation towards
the continued success of their businesses”. |
