The Associated Press reported on Thursday
that emergency response personnel had reached the
crash site in the Puerto Rico rain forest and had begun
recovering the remains of pilot Ken Webster of Mount Fortune
Anguilla, and his two American passengers who crashed
on Wednesday.
Puerto Rico's director of the Department of Emergency
Management reported that the cause of the crash was still
under investigation.
Webster, owned Websta's Aviation Services
Inc. in St. Croix, U.S. Virgin Islands. The passengers
embarked in Tortola and were on their way to San Juan Puerto
Rico.
According to reports, the twin-engine
Rockwell International 690B plane, "slammed into
fog-shrouded El Yunque mountain Wednesday"
Ken Webster, was the son of Cleo Webster,
wife of James Ronald Webster. His was father the late
John Webster. |
