Wireless offers Residential Calling Circle plan to customers

Cable & Wireless has unveiled a plan that will allow their
customers to call those closest to them for a fixed amount
every month.
Termed the "Residential Calling Circle", the planwill allow Fixed-line (including Netspeak) customers to
call mobiles and vice versa for one fixed low monthly price
and talk as long and as often as they want to!
According to the telecommunication company's release,
"Residential Calling Circle is the latest mobile offer to
help customers save money and call their loved ones and
colleagues as often as they wish."
The service allows any post-pay mobile customer (those who
receive their bills at the end of every month) to make
unlimited calls at no extra cost to up to five (5) other
Cable & Wireless customers whom they select for their
calling circle. All six persons in the calling circle will
then be able to call each other and talk as often and for as
long as they wish for no more than the monthly fee of EC$25
per number.
The five selected customers could be friends, family or
colleagues who are all Cable & Wireless Netspeak, fixed-line
and or mobile (post or pre-paid) customers. The main or host
customer simply pays EC$25 per monthly for each of the other
numbers they would like included in their Residential
Calling Circle.
Chief Executive Sutcliffe Hodge said; ‘we are listening to
our customers and we are now able to offer everyone
especially parents, something that we have had many requests
for over recent times. Children can call their friends from
their home phones to any Cable & Wireless number whether
mobile, another home phone or a Netspeak service as long as
it is a number that is in their ‘Family Circle’ and talk for
as long as they want at no cost’. He added ‘we are very
excited about being able to offer our customers our new
Residential Calling Circle service!’
Residential Calling Circle differs from the Family Circle in
that calls are not limited to only post-paid customers on
the same account and minutes are not being shared.
Residential Calling Circle offers six (6) Cable & Wireless
customers unlimited talk time to each other any time they
wish.
Also available at Cable & Wireless is Business Calling
Circle which, as the name implies, is the package tailored
for businesses. The fundamental difference between Business
and Residential Calling Circle is that a company can have up
to 100 numbers in their calling circle.
