August 10, 2007: Confirmed sources report that a drowning incident happened around 4 pm on Thursday August 9, just off North Hill.  An excursion boat, believed to have most likely been headed towards the boat race area, with six persons on board apparently capsized, taking on water, and resulted in the drowning death of one young man.  He is not believed to be Angullian and his name has been withheld pending notification of family .
