Chamber of Commerce up for global
recognition. |
May 29, 2007: Anguilla's Chamber of Commerce
is one of 5 finalists in the world, who are up for global
recognition.
Along with Vancouver, Sarajevo, Eastern Township of the
Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and Goderich Chamber of Commerce
Ontario Canada, the Anguilla Chamber are up for an an
award in the best new membership category. The award is for
the best example of getting new chamber members and being
able to maintain them over a 2 year period. The concept of this
initiave has great advantages for Chambers of Commerce with
similar organisational stucture as the Anguilla Chamber
The winner will be decided in Istanbul, Turkey in the
beginning of July.
