Tuesday May 15, The Valley, Anguilla: The Anguilla
Hotel and Tourism Associatin (AHTA )are delighted to
offer the opportunity for Hotel and Restaurant staff to
enjoy the culinary creations of the Anguilla National
Culinary Team at a greatly discounted rate. The lunch will
take place on Tuesday 22nd May - 1.00am at Santorini
Restaurant – Cuisinart Resort and Spa. The National Culinary
Team will be cooking a 3 course lunch to competition
standards. There will be a brief presentation outlining the
rules and details of the competition. The price is $15.00 US
per person and tickets are STRICTLY for local chefs and
hospitality professionals working for members of the AHTA.

Director of the AHTA says “this is the first time we have
arranged a lunch specifically for the work colleagues and
friends of the Chefs competing in the National Culinary
Team. This event has been specifically designed not only to
give the Culinary Team a 'real time' practice session - but
also to give information and exposure on this important
event to a wide range of culinary professionals in Anguilla
- in the hope that next year we will get even more people
wanting to take part. The competition is very challenging
and we want the Chef’s peers to see just how high the
standard of competition is. Many thanks to Cuisinart Resort
and Spa for hosting this excellent event at Santorini – it’s
going to be a real treat.”
Tickets are available from
the AHTA office - maximum 2 tickets per person and they will
be given on a first come first served basis. No tickets
available on the door - all tickets must be paid and
collected in advance as we anticipate a great demand. Call
