FIVE NEW
SCHOOL BUSES FOR ANGUILLA |
Government Significantly Increases
Fleet of School Buses
The Valley, Anguilla, March 21st, 2007: The
government of Anguilla has significantly increased the fleet
of school buses on the island with the addition of
five (5) new buses. Minister of Education the
Honourable Evans Mcneil Rogers said that upgrade was
necessary as the island's social services must parallel the
five star efforts in the economic and tourism developments.

Government Ministers, Education
officials and bus drivers proudly stand in front of the five

Mr. Rogers expressed his appreciation to
Viceroy/KOR for
contributing two of the five new buses. He also lauded them
for being good corporate citizens and for setting a standard
for other investors and developers to follow. However, the
Minister said that the US$2 MILLION given for two school
developments does not signal an end of Viceroy’s
contribution to Anguilla. Mr. Rogers also expressed his
gratitude to Mr. Dean Adler for his generous contribution of
US$250,000.00 to the Community College Development Unit and
the development of Hospitality Training.
Mr.
Samek handed over the keys for the two buses purchased by
