$$$March 16, 2007: The Honourable Chief Minister Osbourne B. Fleming  has announced that there is a huge investment opportunity for Anguillians.  Mr. Fleming said that in keeping with the timetable needs and demands of the various projects, there is going to be a substantial need for housing.

According to the Chief Minister the number of accommodations in the rental apartment housing is going to be great.  He is therefore alerting interested Anguillians to the prospectus and hopes that vision would prevail.  Mr. Fleming says that his primary interest in giving this adequate notice is to mobilize Anguillians to stay abreast of the economic developmental opportunities in Anguilla and secure their empowerment through guaranteed investment opportunities as created by Government’s sound and prudent management of the economy.

The Chief Minister reiterated that this is serious and persons can seriously invest in housing and rental property with assurance that their investments will materialize within the next 18 months. It is hoped that this revenue generating opportunity could be grasped by as many as possible.
