March 12, 2007: The 4th presentation of
Territories Talk, a regional talk show hosted by Austin
Harris and Ellio Solomon hosts of Cayman Crosstalk, is
planned for Tuesday, 13 March from 7pm until 9pm. Based on
the reception previous shows have received, the program will
now include BVI, Turks & Caicos & Montserrat in addition to
the Caymans and Anguilla.
The program has the aim of increasing awareness of the
critical issues facing the Overseas Territories on
constitutional matters.
Participating on the panel from Anguilla will be Working
Group co–chairperson, Dame Bernice Lake and from the USVI
Dr. Carlyle Corbin. Also joining the forum from the Caymans
will be Mr. Orrett Connor, Cabinet secretary and head of the
newly established Constitutional Review Secretariat, Ms
Suzanne Lookloy–Bothwell senior crown counsel, Mr.
Samuel Rose, Cabinet policy analyst and Sophia Harris NGO
