Montserrat, St. Helena and the Turks and Caicos. Representatives from
fellow territory, Bermuda as well as northern neighbors, U.S.A and
Canada were also in attendance. The law enforcement representatives
included heads of police departments, immigration and prison services in
from the six Caribbean territories mentioned.
