Anguillian is St. Kitts' first road fatality of the 2007.

78 year old, Anguilla born Raphael Richardson residing in Ottleys
Village St. Kitts was hit and killed by a vehicle as he walked along the
road in Frigate Bay St. Kitts on Friday January 12th 2006 in the early
evening hours. The Elderly Anguillian, reportedly senile,
who has resided in St. Kitts for over 50 years died immediately after
impact. Richardson was described by a friend as “a quiet, friendly
guy, never a trouble-maker and always willing to help.”
