(The Valley, Anguilla) March 31, 2008: The Caribbean Commercial Bank  ((CCB) is inviting the public to the launch of its Young Investors Club (YIC) Program Website on Saturday, April 5th 2008 at "Play-a-Round" in Lower South from 3:00 to 7:00pm.

Community:  Arson, attempted robbery and more in the latest update from the RAPF
(The Valley, Anguilla) March 28, 2008: The Royal Anguilla Police Force (RAPF) update for the past week show six fewer crimes than last week. The report was dominated by theft, but police also indicate they are looking for suspects in an attempted robbery in South Hill last Sunday. In addition they've made two arrests in connection with a report of arson in Island Harbour on Wednesday.  (More....)

(The Valley, Anguilla) March 26, 2008: Anguilla plays El Salvador in Washington, tonight. "I must be honest and say I don't think we can win the game, let alone score 13 goals and overhaul the deficit," coach Colin Johnson told FIFA.com.

Sport: Proctor wins Bronze in U20 High Jump at the Jamaica dominated 2008 Carifta Games.
 March 25, 2008:  Over 600 Caribbean Athletes including eleven from Anguilla, assembled in St. Kitts over the Easter weekend to participate in the 2008 Carifta Games. The 37th games were hosted at the Silver Jubilee Stadium from  3/22/2008 to 3/24/2008. (More....)
Justice: Brooks sentenced to life in prison.
(The Valley, Anguilla) March 20, 2008:  Mr. Sheldon Brooks of North Valley was found guilty in the High Court  on Friday March 14, 2008 for the murder of 23-year-old Dwayne Connor of Rey Hill on Saturday, January 7 2006. Brooks was sentenced to life in prison. (More....)

(The Valley, Anguilla) March 19, 2008:  As Anguilla continues to develop as the premier Caribbean destination, Caribbean Cable Communications and Blue Island/Eye TV have joined forces to help keep tourists and residents fully informed about activities and entertainment opportunities around our beautiful island. Severe Weather Advisory – Significant Wave Height Expected 
(Bridgetown, Barbados) March 18, 2008: (CDERA) - Barbados and Saint Lucia Meteorological Offices have issued weather forecasts indicating that significant wave height is expected over the Eastern Caribbean Wednesday March 19 through Thursday March 20, 2008. A deep low pressure system centered over the North Atlantic is forecasted to generate large northerly swells over that area.  (More....)

Community: North Valley resident sentenced to 2-years in prison - RAPF update.
(The Valley, Anguilla) March 14, 2008:  The latest update from the Royal Anguilla Police Force (RAPF) revealed that over the past week four homes were broken into, there were 6 vehicle accidents - including 1 serious and a North Valley resident was convicted of causing Grievous Bodily Harm in 2007 and sentenced to 2-years in prison. (The Valley, Anguilla) March 13, 2008:  Police in Anguilla  are continuing  inquiries into the disappearance of  Mr. Victor Luciano Diaz De-La-Cruz, a national of the Dominican Republic, who was charged for the offence of Causing Death by Dangerous Driving as a result of a fatal road traffic accident which occurred on the 23rd February 2008. Government: Visiting Anguillian delegation applauds Nevis' infrastructural development
Anguillian Delegation in Nevis(Charlestown, Nevis) March 13, 2008: A delegation comprised of government officials from Anguilla traveled to Nevis last week to hold talks with the Nevis Island Administration (NIA) and to visit the geothermal site at Spring Hill.
