18-year-old Cynthia Connor is the latest person profiled on AnguillaLNT.

Ms. Connor was born on July 15, 1989 in St. Croix but obtained most of her primary and secondary education in Anguilla. She is currently enrolled at Blue Ridge Job Corps Center in Marion Virginia where on May 16, 2008 she became certified as a Medical Administrative Assistant. Her studies are however continuing on towards becoming trained as a Certified Medical Transcriptionist.

In her own words: " I enjoy studying the language of medicine and reading the book of Medical Transcription."

At Blue Ridge she is also a member of the Student Government Association (SGA). In addition to enjoying her field of study, she says she enjoys, playing games and travelling.

Work experience & EDUCATION

Employment: Cynthia is currently employed as a Receptionist at the Grace Health Care Center in Abingdon, Virginia..
